Will you clean windows in the rain?
Some people assume that rain water makes windows dirty. This is not the case, dirt/ dust makes the windows dirty, not the pure water from the reach & wash system. Window cleaning in light rain is perfectly acceptable.

How will you clean our windows?
I aim to provide high standard of window cleaning services to all customers, using the latest technology in pure water fed pole cleaning that achieves top results every time. This will leave your windows sparkly clean without any smearing or white spotting.

How do I pay?
Simple – Cash, cheque or bank transfer are all acceptable.

Do I need to be at home for you to clean our windows?
You do not have to be at home as long as I can get to the rear of the property. Once the job is done, I will leave a slip to say I have called with the agreed price on it – All my details are on this slip.

Will you also clean the inside of the windows?
Please ask if you require the inside of your windows and/or conservatories to be cleaned as I am able to do so. 

What’s included in a window clean?
Some window cleaners only clean the glass, I clean the entire outer frame and sills, including the font door FREE of charge for that extra clean.

Do you need a water supply?
No, the pure water is contained within a tank in the van which will be used to clean your windows.

Do you clean 3 storey windows?
Yes, the pole system can reach 3 story windows with ease.

Are you reliable?
Yes, reliability is key to my work ethic. Your information is safely stored on a data base system to tell me when the next clean is due and I will contact you the day before the clean. If for any reason you or I have to cancel then we can easily re-arrange another time/ day. 

What if I’m unhappy with the window clean?
If for any reason you are unhappy with the final results then please contact me within 48 hours so that I can return and re-clean your windows FREE of charge.

How often will you clean our windows?
I provide regular 6, 8, 12 weekly cleans or a frequency to suit you, as well as one off cleans.

How much do you charge?
Some properties vary on price. Without seeing them first can be difficult to quote. Please contact me and I will do my best do give you a close estimate. If for any reason this should change when I get to the property then I would inform you prior to clean.
